THis is scary and depressing and should be spotlighted. What is most scary is that it was an HR seminar.
I hope Tucker gets word of this so he can run with it and shine some light on this BS.

Half the people I work with own an AR.

This stuff is in all government agencies as well, local, state, federal, and especially in the military. The Deep State goes much deeper than D.C.

It's just not my place. But you're right. It's epidemic in the field. And there are some smoke shows working in the field these days.

Funny because I used to work in a bank as a teller in college and not only was I the only man, but I was also the only white person. Off the wall drama is an understatement
Did the same and learned a valuable work life lesson there and where HR is ultimately going to side with

I'm sure he's been made aware of it happening and that SHRM has turned totally left wing just as has the Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau.
This is not the first time she has encountered this sort of thing with a SHRM connected event. But she says this is the first time they so openly flouted it ... probably because it was on the left coast and big tech had so much representation there.
The one in Dallas last year was bad, but not this bad.
She came away in shock. She said SHRM has gone off the deep end. Very little about age discrimination or salary and bonus disputes. It was mostly about disgruntled older white men and how to overcome claims that they are being discriminated against.
My wife takes the view of "what if this was my husband, brother, father or son?" And she did say that there were a few that whispered similar concerns for the same reason but she said the majority in attendance were fully on board with the anti-white older man take.
If you're an over 50 white male these days working for one of these big companies ... doesn't matter who you are you've got a target on your back. It's that plain and simple.

Big wig VP at F5 company needs to worry about money? Not sure if serious.
Never said that, but 95% of employees at fortune 500 companies are easily replaceable. My point is, in our current PC society, you better be able to find ways to make money in case you're fired.

Does he follow Twitter users who describe themselves as "deplorable" or do they use red X avatars in their personal description?
Does he follow anyone on Twitter, Instagram or Facebook that describes themselves as "based, woke, deplorable, a nationalist, MAGA or KAGA?"
Is he a veteran?
Welp, I'm screwed

Also, ever work in an office full of women? Women are more vile and conniving than men. Get too much estrogen in a room and the workplace is horrible. I've seen it happen as I watched another department full of alpha females tear each other apart. Sometimes its passive aggressive...sometimes it's a damn bloodbath.
This is so true, worked in an office full of ambitious women, it was miserable. So I left and eventually started my own business. ROFLMAO!

This describes a guy that works for me almost exactly. He's dumb as a box of rocks but harmless.

When I was working on my MBA we had a couple cross over courses with the people who getting their "HRM". That's a Masters in Human Resource Management.
They were overwhelmingly female, miserable and not that intelligent.
All I could think was "who wants to get a masters degree in HR?" The answer to that is, people who don't want to actually produce anything of value. These are people who want to sit in meetings and on conference calls talking about "important" trends in HR that don't mean anything. HR people don't lead the sheep, they are the seep.

So you work for a hate group.
You company is probably already on a list..

She's going to get labeled
Everyone in her department already knows she is Conservative. There is good balance within her department and they all get along. One of her senior VPs is another Conservative female and the other is fairly moderate liberal.
Bottom line is that she does a job no one else can, or will, do. She's always the first one there and the last one to leave and she is a 50 year old female so she is untouchable.
She makes a crap ton of money and her bonuses are incredible but she could retire and we'd start traveling in a heartbeat if she were not such a ladder climber that wants to run her division one day where she can enact change before she retires.
But there is no doubt she has to walk on eggshells at times. One of her investment people, outside of the company, that deals with retirement accounts for her company approached her and commented on MY tweets ... which are usually only James Woods or Thomas Sowell or Paglia retweets and asked her if she was worried and she told him to basically frick off. She regularly entertains her department and higher ups at our lake place so she plays the game socially and I know a lot of her peers and they all seem to like me.
But she's savvy and wary and she knows where this environment is headed. She's my girl and she knows how to handle herself and she is an advocate for what's right and understands how to deal with the PC crap.
She's pretty well respected. I'm extremely proud of her upward momentum over these past 21 years. She's the consummate ladder climber but she is no fool. The men she works with adhore her and let me know it often.
She's on our side.

I disagree with this. It's a growth industry and pays well and once you get your masters you are highly sought-after and upwardly mobile. You're stereotyping to a degree although I agree, the field is headed in a bad direction if they continue to be dominated by SHRM.
Still yet, there are plenty of good gals in the field looking out for their people and some, like my wife, take it very personally when it comes to looking out for 40,000+ employees. She's settled many a dispute amicably.
The problem is with the younger gals coming up through the ranks. Things are changing fast and not for the better unfortunately. Especially when SHRM is pushing what they're pushing.
As far as value is concerned it's all relative. HR is a necessary evil these days because big companies are subject to all sorts of SJW issues these days and are forced to hire the best available candidate based upon skill, not necessarily on their ability to mesh well with existing employees.
This is especially true when it comes to big tech companies or those that rely heavily on big tech and IT in order to operate.
THAT'S where a lot of issues arise and IT is still a male dominated industry governed by a female dominated HR.
More and more female bean counters are starting to enter the workplace and the head-hunting industry is almost completely dominated by females these days. My wife gets calls every week wanting her to consider this or that for unbelievable sums of money. And she listens but money is not that important to us. I did very well and she's done very we so having to move to a big city like Pittsburgh or Dallas or Tampa or Seattle or L.A. or Atlanta is a no-go for us. We're happy where we are.
Now she almost took a job that would have her driving to Charlotte earlier in the year but I talked her out of it because of their history of turnover at that particular company .... which I was able to find out about through an old business associate of mine.
What needs to happen is for more young Conservatives and Moderates to enter the field and work their way up ... for balance's sake. And then fight back against the bullshite SHRM is preaching.
SHRM is the real problem in the industry right now.
BTW, HR, as it is taught and a relatively Conservative and renowned business school like we have at SC ... it's a good degree. We just need more good kids buying in and then resisting the SHRM mantra.
