So my wife is a big wig HR VP with a Fortune 500 Company ...

They send her and her crew to an HR SHRM Seminar ... she just got home last night.

This was a big time seminar sponsored by some of the biggest companies in the country.

One of the classes focused solely on dealing with potentially dangerous employees within a company and how to spot them through social media.

First ... is "he" regularly complaining about being discriminated against at work because of his Conservative values?

Is he a member of the NRA? Does he talk about hunting or shooting at work?

Does he espouse nationalistic views through social media?

Does he complain about the so-called Deep State on Facebook or on message boards? If so, what message boards does he frequent?

Does he follow Twitter users who describe themselves as "deplorable" or do they use red X avatars in their personal description?

Does he follow anyone on Twitter, Instagram or Facebook that describes themselves as "based, woke, deplorable, a nationalist, MAGA or KAGA?"

Is he a veteran?

All of these are warning signs and should be recorded and monitored. Take screenshots and properly notate red flag activity on social media.

She went on and on and came home pissed off at what they are preaching and teaching.

She left the house this morning on a mission. She's going to raise hell I think. I told her to be diplomatic about how she handles things ... and she will. She didn't get to where she is because she doesn't know how to handle things but I've never seen her this disturbed by something like this. Usually she goes with the flow.

None of it surprised me. Especially not after the left wing FBI talking points came out while she was there about white nationalism.

She stressed the part about how they always used "he" even though she protested and asked if women were excluded from having possible issues in the workplace. (She says women cause far more headaches than men.)

At any rate, this is what you're facing men. I'm happy to be out and away from this modern SHRM directed HR driven work place you younger people are having to deal with.

Know your enemy. Watch what you say on social media. They're watching.

I'm truly sorry it has come to this. What a damn shame.

ETA: She said she was taken aback by the number of young HR execs who acted like all white men are killers and how many of them had stories of white men in the workplace who scare them. She said it is epidemic and here's a major point of concern. She said she estimates that 90% of those in attendance were women she would classify as SJW activists.

None of it surprised me in the least.
