It’s fairly sad that no one is closer to him that will give the eulogy. Not a relative or friend or pastor/priest..just strange. You’d think that after death the political theater would end.

Man, what a dickhead thing to do... I’m not Palin fan, but she is def taking the high road and refusing to comment and wishing the family the best.

Sounds like McCain was a piece of shite and after watching the procession on the news today, sounds like somewhat of an ego maniac with him dictating every single aspect of his memorial.

She was not disinvited. She just was not invited. And this was not done by the senator. It was by someone in his family. And yay for not inviting Trump. He personally treated McCain piss poorly.

But I am glad that he has some of you Trumpanzees all worked up, even in his death. The turds really floated to the top.

Is there anything pettier (more petty?) than uninviting someone to your funeral?

Sounds like a damn 3rd grader

That old petty fricker. I'd like to think that Trump being elected as POTUS did him in. You know it pissed his old arse off to think that a deplorable like Trump earned his way to the highest office in the land, when "The Maverick" couldn't get it done.

BTW... can any of you McCain Worshippers give me some examples of when the man was an actual "Maverick" in DC?

John McCain is an American war hero who was beaten and tortured by his captors for how many months/years?

Like I said last night, Benedict Arnold was a war hero too. Doesn't give him a pass for all the dishonest stuff he did to make a name for himself.

McCain & Hilderbeast live in the head of Trumpkins rent free. Hell, McCain is dead and they’re still in melt. Hilderbeast has been out of politics for two years and they still want, MUH ELECTRONIC MAIL!!!!

McCain dies and I've yet to see one thing about him since that's not also somehow about Trump.

What a fricking legacy!!!

I’m about as shameless as they come, but the amount of tap dancing on this guy’s grave has actually managed to make me slightly uncomfortable. Quite the achievement, PT. Props.

McCain is really gonna be shocked when he finds out Obama can’t raise the dead.

I need some evidence of a time he went above and beyond and did something that many people in his situation would not. Refusing to leave before other captured soldiers is admirable but not "hero worthy." A war hero usually does something incredible in battle.

I get what you're saying here. McCain was in the thick of it - much more than John Kerry, or Bush 45. And I have to think that the fortitude to last several years as a POW gives you that "hero" label.

I am troubled, however, if he did indeed reveal secrets during his imprisonment that led to loss of American life.

I am also troubled that - later in life - he wasn't making peace with the people around him.

And, seriously? You don't invite your running mate, but you let the guy who beat you speak at your funeral???

That'd be like Leonard Fournette inviting the Alabama football team to his CFB HOF Induction ceremony, but not inviting his head ball coach. WTF!

McCuck, eh...McCain was still butt-hurt that he lost the election to Obama and he blames it on Palin.
Newsflash John: You got most of your votes because of Palin!

And he sucked up to Obama afterwards like a broken filly, not the "Maverick" depicted by the media. Pretty much he capitulated to Obama and the Democrats!

We don't even know if that was done by McCain himself or by his family.

According to FAKE media. McCorpse planned every detail of his funeral. But, as you say, we don't know. That could have and probably was a fake story.
