Well, if you’re making a semantic argument over “told to stay away” versus “disinvited,” then I’m not going to engage your nonsense.

All we evidently know is that Palin was not invited to the funeral. We don't even know if that was done by McCain himself or by his family.

Why can't we be accurate with our language and only report on things we actually know?

McCain's tumor was eating away at his brain. It's clear it was impacting his cognition the last couple of years.

What if the tumor was McCain all along?

Wonder how many more "last messages" and "last tweets" we will have to endure.

Does it really matter who did who?

All we know for a fact that Palin was not invited and the McCain family will wear that petty slight and refuse to answer for it because John's dead.

Trump's made the left defend veterans and approve of the draft.

Now we get to hear the words from Democratic leaders

Which really means, "if you do what we want when we want it, we will let you sit at the cool kids table with the leftist media and celebrities."

But you highly doubt that what we’re not being accurate about happened. Gotcha.

You're the one making dubious claims in your thread title, so, yes.

Right. So why, instead of simply that, does your misleading thread title effectively say "McCain himself rescinded Palin's invitation to his funeral"?

You've shown in this most recent post of yours that you have the potential to quickly and accurately construct a summary of the situation...so why did you opt for dishonesty in your thread title?

Yes, of course. The thread title is wholly unsupported at best - and possibly actively dishonest. There has been no report whatsoever that Palin had an invitation rescinded. And obviously none of us have any idea what the family did and did not do.

On the flip side, it appears to be without controversy that McCain himself asked Obama to speak.

John McCain is an American war hero who was beaten and tortured by his captors for how many months/years? Cadet Bone spurs in WH that you worship was a draft dodger that used his daddy's wealth and influence to get out of serving his country.

He was a fricking democrat whose sole purpose in life was to apply that "bipartisan" label like in the Keating scandal

Because I know what type of person McCain is. The man himself leaked his own funeral plans months in advance that included Trump not being invited and asking Obama and Bush to do the eulogies.

And couple that with McCain repeatedly shitting on Palin during and after the 2008 campaign even though she never criticized him publicly.

The man was obsessed with his own vanity and that's why he likely made the decision and his family just carried it out.

It's not dishonesty when it's what I believe and have history to back me up.

I don't like people who called McCain a babykiller during the Vietnam war because they were opposed to the Vietnam war who now call McCain a hero even though they are still opposed to what McCain and the USA did during the Vietnam war.

Fair enough. Of course, that doesn't make "disinvited" accurate - unless you believe she was invited and then had her invitation rescinded...do you?

You guys will end up gnawing on the McCain bone longer than you have with Hillary Clinton. Can’t you find something better to rant about?
