The Senate is different, but there is a lot of chalk this year/class. GA’s the only real pickup for the GOP, and maybe NH or MI. ME could be vulnerable for a D flip.
Otherwise, it’s pretty boring.
Thankfully they could pick up NC / ME, and hold GA / NH / MI, and still be stuck at 49

Because they have been overperforming in one-off elections, and none of the shite like how SOTU is received, and how generic dems are perceived matter much. What matters is how people feel things are going for themselves, and that’s not good.
The Trump/Bessent plan is working, though. The economy is being stimulated on the demand side by the tax refunds that are larger than normal because of the tax cuts. And it’s being stimulated by quantitative easing and deregulation on the supply side. The economy should improve by summer. It might be enough.

Most people are afraid to be identified during polling and refuse to participate in the polls or simply lie.
A radical minority is intimidating the majority with cancellations and threats of violence.
Most people play possum on their true nature of supporting a candidate.
I once worked for a survey company which included products like food, medications, cars, and even political polling.
It was easy getting people to open up about their favorite pizza or luxury purchases.
The moment you began to ask about politics, they were done and became concerned about anonymity.
