Putting this here because.. Well.. You know.. Google says that George Floyd was a Hip Hop artist.. Guess the cops killed a talented singer instead of a criminal. Thanks Google for setting us straight.

Seems like all murdered black men or black male murderers are aspiring rappers.

Just as a test if you type:

George Floyd then you have to type out d-r-u-g-s (it doesn't suggest drugs even if you type drug)

Also, if you start c-r-i-m - it helpfully suggest "criminoso" or "criminal commission", but never "criminal record" - you have to type that all out to the last letter as well.

Interesting...

If you ever watched 48 Hours, you’d know that every black person under 60 is an “aspiring rap artist”.

Christianity Today tried.
George Floyd Left a Gospel Legacy

The author did not return my email when I pointed out that when she claimed he was evangelizing Houston, he was locked up.

No way! OK, so I'll try it...

ummm, you're right. I went to a private window, after c-r-i-m-i- I got some reference to a supposed crime of defacing a mural honoring George Floyd.

"Was the vandalization of George Floyd's mural a hate crime ..."

But no suggestions at all for the full "george floyd criminal record"

But guess what (surprise, surprise!), start typing "k-y-l-e" and "kyle rittenhouse criminal record" comes right up.

Are these just a reflection of the popularity of searches? Or are they tweaked somewhere? I've seen comments ghost-blocked (my term - comments just not appearing, even on a video with a few hundred thousand views - only the person signed in saw his own, no others) on youtube, so color me suspicious.

They have to be tweaked because Google listed him as a Hip Hop Artist.. Which is news to me.

But think about it this way. 20 years from now when kids look him up in school, all his criminal past will be gone but more and more shiny things he did for humanity will be focused on. Even if they are false. By then he would have cured covid while saving a baby from a burning building only to be executed...

Just more cop hating rhetoric.
