He went back through Germany... The EU has open borders so unless he flew back from Czech Republic or was detained in the Czech Republic there would be no record of him being there.

They would have a record of him going to Germany ,but couldn't prove he went to Prague unless he flew in and out of Prague or was detained in Prague or have receipts of him in Prague. So they would have to have some kind of hard evidence or the sources are bullshite. It is easy to drive in and out of Czech Republic and it easy to take a train ,but you rarely if ever get controlled at the border. There would be no stamp in his Passport that he was in Czech Republic. So again either they have concrete proof or the sources are bullshite.

1- Passport has to be stamped leaving the USA
2- Passport has to be stamped re-entering the USA.
That is concrete proof he was not there.

The rev a very good chance that you can fly to Prague from the US without anything more in the Czech Republic than a polizei looking at your passport. Drive in from any bordering country and if you blinked you would never know you had crossed the border.....
If you are driving though you are going to get ticketed for something.....regardless of how careful you are....and you are going to pay the fine in whatever currency you posses.....Dollars Euros, Kroners.....makes no difference....and you ain’t getting a receipt. I finally started refusing to pay and demanding to be taken to jail....without surrendering my passport, period. Never failed to result in a warning ticket ( verbal) instead of a fine.....

Prague is, in my opinion, the best capital in Europe. Everything that is Paris with little to no Parisians.
Also some very good fishing and duck hunting in the Czech Republic.....much less expensive than Germany....and it’s possible to simply buy a license. I understand it’s now possible to do the same in Germany as long as you are hunting or fishing with a duly licensed guide?????

Private jets don't get the same scrutiny. Sneaking in and out under the radar seems high risk/low reward but it's not unthinkable. A direct denial that he was there is almost certainly true though. There are so many ways to get caught, there's no way Cohen is lying about this.
