I think it was funny that it pissed liberals off that her show did well and her character was pro-Trump.
But, that didn't suddenly make me like her.
And, she's damned sure not worth going to the mat for.
Is ABC being hypocritical? Yeah. Almost certainly. I suspect their bar is MUCH higher for liberals to get fired.
But, I mean, really...........let's face it. You know when you compare a half black person's looks to an Ape...........you're pretty much gonna get it.
Do I think it was willfully racist? Nah. But, it ain't gonna get me off my sofa to defend either.

Roseanne has a penchant for using that word when it comes to people of color. Maybe it's not intentionally racist, but at the very least it is extremely ignorant given the racial connotations of the word when used in that context.
