Well she’s right, but titties have persuasive effects even on men when you aren’t uptight. Not sure if titties have any effect on groomer soyboys.

it's in their brain that they only get moist to males in their "world"
like for example a female would have her tits and body on display so attractive, wealthy, and powerful men like Congressmen would stare. she would take exception if males she didn't consider as such stared

But when you are dealing with 70 and 80 year old men, and I guess given her "competition" in Congress... it doesn't take much.
