This country was not designed to be—nor is it sustainable—as a democracy. The people who thought it up did not intend for everyone to get to vote.

Lindsey would suck 100 dicks on live TV if it meant keeping the Senate blue.
This is the time for Trump to go after Graham and destroy him for the threats on not getting a replacement for Sessions, threats about pardoning Assange or Snowden, sabotaging the midterms to keep the Senate blue, this conspiracy they are cooking on Ukriane funding, and stepping out again to hurt Trump's party in senate races (all races, really) in November. I bet there's a lot more Trump could unload as well.
If Trump won't drag this little bitch, then he should take his pussy arse to the house. Let's be real: Lindsey Graham is a weirdo and if Trump went HAM then assuredly all the sordid details about Graham's personal life would emerge and he'd be done. His career would collapse.
If Trump won't seize this opportunity, then he doesn't deserve anyone's consideration. You can't drain the swamp and leave someone like Graham unscathed. If there's one person in the GOP that Trump could go after, and score points with everyone from far left to far right, it's Graham.
Even if he made an enemy of Graham, in a Biden v Trump election, South Carolina is still voting for Trump.

Those are the choices this election.
Making abortion a central issue in this election is the best thing you could do to re-elect Biden. It is the one issue that will drive non-politically interested females out to vote in droves for him. The less you talk about abortion during this election the better off you are if you are pro-life.
Trump is smart here. There is no answer you can give on abortion that will be popular with both the conservative base and independents. The smartest plan you can have is to say "I intend to leave it up to the states. If you don't like it go complain to their legislatures."
