We have been paying attention. If you don't know, sfp basically tried to make excuses for KBJ in a thread I startrd earlier today.
You're certainly within your rights to defend him, though. Knock yourself out.

if they were to find fraud in Biden’s election would that be the way to get rid of her appointment?
That would not do it. Biden was president; that is history. What if they found fraud in George Washington’s first election? Would the Coast Guard be disbanded?

You just forgot Garland’s nomination being delayed until we were able to nominate Kavanaugh?

This is a bald-faced lie! I read through all of SFP’s posts in that thread, and there was not a single one that excused, or was complimentary of, Jackson.
This was his first post:

She tries too hard and ends up being clever, as a result. Some of that has been overblown by people who weren't smart enough to get it (the "not a biologist" comment during her confirmation), but her legal scholarship took it to a much lower level. She's basically dug herself in, at this point, and that's not particularly good for rationality. *ETA for smooth brains: "Clever" is not a compliment.
He went on to doubt her intelligence.
tldr: KCT is lying.

You forgot that the democrats SAID OUT LOUD that they would have done that with a GWB appointee if he had had one at the end of his term.
WTF were the Republicans supposed to do? just roll over?
You want the GOP to be bigger pussies than they already are.

Wait! I wasn’t arguing that. I was arguing that Republicans don't do it too. You can’t rebut that by saying Democrats do it too.

Chief Justice only shows leadership defending Boasberg and other horrid activist judges
Yet his court has a box of rocks ignorant activist Jackson...I think he likes it because he is a political troll.

Implement an iq requirement that encompasses all current and future justices.

I doubt any reasonable person wants a civil war, but eventually circumstances will override people's reasoning.
At some point, there's no other way. It's how the United States was born.

It's not my fault that your reading comprehension sucks donkey balls.
And one last time, for the record, sfp was all over the place in that thread. He went from acting as an apologist for her incredibly stupid "I'm not a biologist" comment to criticizing her later on. Probably after he saw how many downvotes he was getting for his strange first post in the thread.

SFP - Justice Ketanji Jackson is correct and a bright legal mind

No man, you lied. It's a simple as that. Anyone can go back and read that thread and see that you lied.

SFP draws a lot of very fine and even annoying distinctions. Accuse of sophistry, etc. I am just curious whether he actually agrees with KBJ’s dissent in this case. I rather doubt it.

You said it. It’s the ones that aren’t reasonable that are begging for it right now! The blue haired, transgender, men in women’s sports, drag show in schools type people that are. It’s the ultimate FAFO scenario.

Just curious, but is the opposite side of this coin that, with this ruling, a state is also prohibited from banning gender and sexuality affirming talk therapy.
Is that correct? What does Ken Paxton have to say about this?

Kagan may be a liberal, but she knows the law. I highly respect Justice Kagan as her opinions are consistent, well-researched, and well-founded. Even when I disagree with her, Kagan’s dissents are always worth reading. Jackson is a jurist for which I have little respect.
