Drugs don't come from a handful of manufacturers with serial numbers.
On an aside it seems like fireworks and not some more advanced devices were used. Small chance it didn't involve a gun, just large fireworks, but we will find out in the press conference.

For every 1 mass shooting death in America last year, there were 1500 shooting homicides. Over 75% of these homicides are happening in democrat enclaves like NYC and Philly, and the VAST majority of perpetrators and victims are POC. But all democrats want to talk about are the 30 or so mass shooting or police violence victims every year - unless the shooter is POC, of course... Then it gets memory holed.
