It has been my experience that retired personnel have their accounts removed relatively soon after they leave the service. How long has he been retired?

Okay. OP originally had him listed as retired. And his photo looks like that of a retired officer putting back on his uniform. Guess I was wrong.

Regardless, ARNG personnel almost never use their enterprise email unless they're on AT. They use something called AR-NET.

National Guard also uses it. Guard units supporting us are always requesting ports open on our TIP sites for ARNET access.
