tbh I'd rather see Creed than Shinedown anyway

This seems like a lie given the circumstances

They suck. Corporate Boomer/Dad rock with a shiny pop finish. Boring and unoriginal, like Nickelback.

Dancing monkeys and trained seals.

Note to self: if ever considering attending a concert for a good band, take a pass if shinedown is opening

had considered going, now I will not. Sad to the see Shinedown give in the Sound of Madness but I think they deserve a Second Chance.
I've always found their music to be overproduced and mediocre. They ruined "Simple Man" and I can't forgive that.
"The Crow and the Butterfly" is a generationally great and powerful song though. Other than that, just never been a fan. They're still astronomically better than The Foo Fighters though.

Never heard of them before opening this thread.
You must be too cool to listen to mainstream rock. Shinedown holds the record for most songs (21) to reach #1 on Billboard's Mainstream Rock chart.

Far as I can remember their biggest claim to fame was a cover of Skynyrd's Simple Man
Not surprising. A rather lethargic dirge by Southern Rock standards.

Same. Love Creed, hence my username.
But they’re no longer on the bill either. I’m hoping it’s just because the other two artists decided to back out. Nothing from Creed’s social media or PR team about this as of yet.
Stapp is right-leaning.
Pretty sure Tremonti is registered as a Republican.
Don’t know about Flip.
And BMarsh is MAGA.
Would love to see them on the ticket again somehow.

Their deal is to unite people but not here. Not with you guys. Your the wrong kind of people.

Creed didn't pull out, the entire South Carolina date was cancelled. Shinedown was a headliner.

So this dumb drama has been going on for 2 weeks?!

I don't really care for them but this was probably a mistake. This band doesn't really have the cache to pull something like this off. It's not 2003 anymore. So while I guess this scores them points with the libs, I'd be more likely to assume the majority of their current demo would have been more interested in seeing them at a concert like this than not..
Sounds like they outkicked their coverage here. Should be fun to watch.

They as well as ludicris at this point is a d list artist playing shite for shows. In 10 more years even less people than now will know who shinedown is.
