"Disorderly conduct" to a citizen is an insane charge. How is it defined within the law? Being an arse is now illegal.... until we fix this outrageous verdict. And honestly, she was being provoked.

In the hierarchy of wrongdoing, "racism" is at the top. You can kill someone and not even make the news. But get caught saying a naughty word, you could have the NAACP and Ben Crump at your door.

I think it's racist that they are using lawfare to punish a white woman for speech which wouldn't be prosecuted if the same word was uttered by a colored person. You can't have a two tiered justice system just because you are offended over a word. This whole thing stinks and is complete bs.

Correct. She isn't being punished for saying a word. She is being punished for saying a word while white. No person of any other race would have been convicted for this "crime."

Is disorderly conduct a catch-all? Sure seems like it. But does it deprive life or liberty? I don't think so. Therefore should eventually considered to be unconstitutional.
They have absolutely nothing else and disorderly conduct is flimsy at best.
