Does anyone fact check before posting?

In January 2023, Judge Christa M. Daily sentenced Thomas Lee Meyer in Olmsted County District Court to 100 days of community service (not 100 hours) and five years of supervised probation.

The five-year probation sentence included several restrictions:

Registered as a predatory sex offender for 10 years.

Barred from having any contact with individuals under the age of 18 or vulnerable adults without prior approval from a probation officer.

Prohibited from holding any position of authority over juveniles or entering places where children normally congregate (such as schools or parks).

Blocked from accessing or using the internet without explicit approval from his probation supervisor.


Judge Daily approved this sentence because of a negotiated plea agreement between the prosecution and the defense, which included a stay of imposition.

The judge allowed the father of the child to commit perjury on the stand, and threatened Shiloh Hendrix's lawyer with contempt charges for trying to show the jury the truth.

If I was sitting by a guy at the bar and he just started confessing to dealing with a number of problematic judges I would look on in surprise, buy him a beer, then go back to my drink.

These treasonous pigs deserve to be hung.
