Pratt is a nice story but you can't really think a conservative will be mayor of LA.

They will cheat their butts off to prevent him from winning.

Would a bad comparison be Republican Joseph Cao when he shockingly won Louisiana's 2nd congressional district (the state's sole majority-minority district) to unseat "Dolla" Bill Jefferson in 2008?
Everyone knew when he won in 2008 he'd be in DC for only 2 years but has had a good little political career ever since
ETA: if memory serves... the 2010 race saw the rise to national stage of Cedric Richmond...
the guy Kamala sent out on election night to tell everyone to go home b/c she was losing

Is Pratt a “conservative”?
What’s his platform?
Not an incompetent communist is all I see him running for. Or against I suppose…

That's the biggest issue, imo. It's how deep blue areas stay deep blue and how the same breed of nonsensical woke assholes seem to win every election at every position.

He is a Rino.
He will vote like a Dem at every opportunity.
He is a hard pass for me.

Joseph Cao also was invited and watched the Super Bowl with Obama.
