I'm not. You're the one claiming Trump's speeches and/or tweets were incitement, when nothing he said leading up to January 6th was anything other than constitutionally protected speech. Questioning the election results is not a crime. Telling people to travel to the Capitol and organize a protest is not a crime. Even telling the protesters to "fight like hell" is not a crime. You'd be a hell of a lot more credible if you just admitted you think Trump committed a crime because you dislike him and his politics.
and demonstrates perfectly the dishonesty of anyone trying to defend this position for themselves.
i.e. a big fat lie

Yea, that dumbass is lying about trump inciting them because he was miles away still giving a speech when the crowd at the capitol started banging with police. That crowd was filled with hundreds of undercover agents and antifa with a bunch of useful idiots

Jan 6 will go down in history as the only unarmed insurrection in history.

This last week Colorado showed us why it had to be labeled an insurrection.
Biden told us we we didn’t need AR’s because the government had planes and tanks. So a group of people of which a minimum 60% had guns went to the capital to overthrow the government with flagpoles. The only gun charge was a legal gun left in a vehicle.
The only one shot was an illegal shooting had it been anywhere else against someone with different views.
Get Trump continually for eight years makes me want to vote for him twice. Too bad I’m not a dim.

Peaceful transfer of power? So all the sketchy election practices of several states was not incitement enough? You don't even know what was happening in Congress on J6 do you? Ever heard of the Electoral Count Act of 1887? That was happening. No Trump supporter wanted that interrupted. Pelosi and the leftist scum are the only people who benefited or wanted a riot that day. Are you just plain stupid? Regime bot programmed? Educate your dumb arse and read the J6 Congressional record. You bought the big lie retard.
J6 Congressional record
J6 Congressional record

This is the result of someone who gets a government check in the mail every month, via food stamps, medical care, housing, cell phone, or a salary. When you are dependent on the government for some kind of compensation and are not self-sustaining, it clouds your judgement and can’t think for yourself. You will parrot the talking points of whomever is paying you to survive……. Or you have a severely low IQ.
If you truly believe Biden got 81 million legal votes, I have to think it’s a low IQ holding you back.

Well it is obvious that stupid is tattooed across your forehead.
The sketchy election practices and video of people hauling mail in ballots to boxes were not incitement enough?
I asked you as one of the obviously stupid class.
Context?
OK then Considering the activity in Congress at the time who benefited from the riot? I did notice the riot shut down the invocation of the Electoral Count Act of 1887 and I also noticed the transfer of power was completed peacefully. WTF are you talking about?

Way to ignore all the incitement before "that day". How conveniently we forget what all was being written on the Election Board on this very site leading up to that day. You people had already been worked up to a lather by January 6.

Too early, I said 20 years. How'd that whole voting for George W. Bush go back in 2000 and 2004?
Bust as far as the speech "that day":
Context?

None of that has anything to do with letting the Congress transfer executive power peacefully.

Good god.
People like OP are playing straight into the leftists’ hands. They WANT this to be about January 6.
Continuing to argue about whether or not the loser LARPers committed insurrection (they didn’t) is just fricking dumb.
It’s not about January 6th. Section 3 of the 14th Amendment doesn’t apply to POTUS.
Stop trying to justify retarded behavior such as being enough of a pathetic loser to protest in DC.

what this is about is the treachery of a government willing to set up its citizens with absurdly false charges and claims.
Absurd behaviors of a government that would undoubtedly try such evil AGAIN
your 'wisdom' and 'judgement' totally aside

I read it all, but I didn't need to read past this nugget at the very beginning to understand how accurate everything that followed would be.
Ummm, the election was absolutely stolen from President Trump so the rest of the things he said were definitely not accurate.

Incited the “mob” by telling them to protest peacefully? Or are you one of those “code word” nutcases?

That is NOT what was going to happen, which is why the Trump supporters went to the Capitol in the first place. Congress certainly didn't have the votes to reject any electoral votes, and Pence had already made clear he did not believe he had the power to to send Electoral votes to the States. So, yeah, Trump supporters definitely wanted to let Congress know they did not approve of what was about to happen. Trump was urging his supporters to go to the Capitol to voice their disapproval.
I was there and Trump was still speaking near the White House when all the actors carried out the insurrection theater at the Capital. You are a liar.

It was an unlawful attempt by Trump to maintain power after being voted out of office by interfering with Congress' business of peacefully transferring power at the executive level.

What we needed to do was raise taxes also with interest rates in order to curb inflation. But 40 years of brainwashing of Republicans has ruined that tactic for economic control because they are stupid and can't understand macro policy.
Is that why millions of unvaccinated illiterates have poured into this country and billions in our tax money has poured into Ukraine?
