A short stint on Google(excluding hits from the last week or so) reveals.
Remote Closing Doors for Executives
BlueTooth door locks
More Remote Door locking
Concealed Desk Door Switches
You fricking tards let some only SLIGHTLY creative writer place words in just the right way to let your simple minds run with it.
It's quite apparent that remotely locking one's door is fricking IN DEMAND among executives and I'll bet my house that tons of women have these buttons too.
Dude may really be a creep........but that door lock story is a joke and doesn't tell you shite
EDIT TO ADD LULZ - Holy shite. I was just talking to someone at work and I mentioned that every Commanding General I've ever known had an office that could be described as "secluded". They chuckled and pointed out to me that the 06.......on my fricking floor.....(office is secluded).......can lock his door from his desk.

I can lock and unlock my door from my phone...but I was a perv long before that tech came out.

Now couple that with....
quote:
Matt Lauer once gave a colleague a sex toy as a present. It included an explicit note about how he wanted to use it on her, which left her mortified. On another day, he summoned a different female employee to his office, and then dropped his pants, showing her his penis.
Pretty sure he needed a locked door for this.

ummm, how about locking the door remotely then dropping your pants and showing a female your erect penis?

If this is a feature for all offices there, it's a nothingburger. If he had to request its installation for his office...it's a little different.

quote:yes but the existence of a locking door isn't proof of it. That's just fricking retarded because if it is proof of it and every woman who works for an executive with one of these buttons can make the same claim
Pretty sure he needed a locked door for this.

Are you people this fricking obtuse? You can't bootstrap the door into being proof of the pants dropping. The pants dropping May well have happened and if it did he's scum for doing it
But having a locking door isn't even slightly evidence of it

I knew you were a rapist/ misogynist!

so in your esteemed opinion, he would make the DROP-TROU-PENIS-MOVE without having remotely locked his office door first?
that's pretty bold.

Of course not because not everyone with a locked door is busy pulling out his dick for interns.
But when coupled with existing allegations....from 3 women....all of whom worked at the same company....then it's pretty easy to connect the dots.

here's the scary part:
that's not what got him FIRED
i mean..it must be bad when this isn't the reason you were fired.
NBC Fires Matt Lauer for Sexual Misconduct, but the Worst Is Yet to Come
The face of ‘Today’ is accused by at least one staffer of sexual misconduct, and several bombshell stories are expected to reveal more.
quote:
NBC News did not comment on the New York Post’s report that Lauer allegedly sexually assaulted a female employee during the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics. The report quoted an anonymous NBC insider as saying the woman complained to the network’s human-resources officials Monday.
“This happened so quickly,” the insider told the Post. “She didn’t go to the media, she made a complaint to NBC’s human resources, and her evidence was so compelling that Matt was fired on Tuesday night. The victim says she has evidence that this has also happened to other women, but so far we don’t have evidence of that.”
THE WORST IS YET TO COME
