Sessions replacement should be named by new Speaker or House Judiciary Chair

It is completely unreasonable for a sitting president who is under FBI investigation to appoint his own AG.
Sorry. Had not seen this posted yet and wanted to help out the resident Stasi. I'm sure they would have gotten to it, though.

I’m assuming this is sarcasm. If not.
Under what grant of Constitutional authority does any member or Committee of Congress get to search for and then make any executive branch appointment? Under the unreasonable exception?
Does Trump get to select the Speaker of the House that he likes the best. It’s unreasonable to let that decision be made on partisan grounds.

You really need to take a civics class.
1st) The Justice dept works for the President.
2nd) The House has zero say over Presidential appointments.
It is the Senates role to approve or reject Nominees
3rd) The President was and never has been under FBI investigation.
