This. He & Latoya are following orders. The Dem overlords have told all Dem leaders to keep everything shut down as much as they humanly can until the election. The Dems have a promised blue states & cities a huge Federal Bailout. It is going to be payback for them to get Biden/Harris elected so they can get the money.
Louisiana didn't have to elect JBE twice but they did & here we are. Elections have consequences. Screw every conservative voter in Louisiana who voted against David Vitter because he used to like hookers. This is what you did.

He can’t run for Gov again in the next cycle and there is nowhere else for him to go in state politics. Thus, he’s angling for federal appointments/spot at the table in national Democratic politics.
