Honestly, I think the politicians who have not done great harm to this country, in my lifetime, are very few and very far between. I say this regardless of party. Since I have been of voting age, back in 1988, there was not one who truly seemed to have the American citizen's interest at heart. They only served the elite. I still have hope for Trump. I did very well during his first term and can see that he is trying to bring back main street in this term.

The most harm done to this country has been the erosion of the home structure and respect. This is even more evident in the AA community.
