To be fair, to Senator Fetterman and the delegadation in attendance, the word "boil" is a difficult word in the English language to properly enunciate.
There's a town in South Carolina just north of Spartanburg named "Boiling Springs." I was there back in 2016 and I remember the residents there calling their town "BALLING Sprangs."
