It's just a stupid argument. OK, I'll play though. How many times must a poor fisherman with 2000hp worth of engines on the back of his rig have to traffic drugs before we can call him a drug trafficker?
Clearly "two or three times a year" doesn't qualify. Does it have to be 4 times - once a quarter? 12 times - once a month? Does he need to be trafficking drugs once a week before we can consider him a drug trafficker?

Earth to Mark, all munitions are anti-personnel. Maverick and Hellfire are medium to short range munitions designated primarily for armor or fortified positions, but are generally effective against most targets.
