Why do they "need help" relocating?

Well, I already know the answer to that. Of course not. Like all things, they want to be the exception and to be received as special. But I would have more respect for them if they stood up and said… you know what… I’m here and I don’t need anything from you or anyone else.

... plus, there are already helps and assistance for poors, why isn't that the safety net for them if they so qualify?

Can someone honestly tell me why there would be any reason to visit Seattle as a tourist?
On top of all the other financially disastrous decisions, tourism and things like conventions etc, have to be at all time lows, further damaging finances
