Sure. If you look at one decision in isolation, nothing is a big deal.

So they met together and figured out how to punt.

It’s SCOTUS’ favorite pastime.

They said remove razor on the border.
The park should be renamed an armory for the Texas National Guard and TDPS.
Then they should have the right to make it an off limits area with permanent fencing.

OK, don't put it at the border. Put it a half mile in.

They(Executive or Constitutional law Guardians) don't care about Our nation. They don't care about you.

And if Texas chooses to put it back up, what are they going to do?

Look, I know what you mean.

Our side is not served by ruining the Court.

Write a strongly worded letter, I’d imagine.

Correct. That is pretty much the Court’s stated position on issues like immigration.

And I know you mean that as some sort of insult. And I know that it’s become common of the Court’s actions in the last few decades. But that reality is caused by the Congress and the executive abrogating their own responsibilities. The Court is being forced to deal with issues that it should never even be confronted with—of course they punt—it’s not a decision they should be making.

That is not a bad idea. Give the ranch owners a leg up because the cartels have them scared to death. Literally

Immigration enforcement is the issue, not a geographical definition of the border.

That’s of no matter here

I know. But I hate that so many on the right have decided that the Court is the enemy without considering the issue more deeply.

This is the court's responsibility by design. The founding fathers foresaw this.

It is the enemy.

You don't get decisions like Obergfell and Seblius from courts that honor the Constitution.
