Everything you post is stupid and poorly thought out Brian Kemp, congrats on your next Democrat governor and two Democratic senators!! Ask yourself how that is possible under the great “conservative” leadership of Kemp

Have a nice day.

Rules on transgender athletes

Nope. No such thing as a trans. You are either male or female. What they ruled is you cant dress up like a girl when you’re a boy and steal opportunity.

The world is a circus when this has to be decided in court. A 4 year old understands this.

“earth-shaking ruling”.

Not really. I’m glad they did, but the issue doesn’t impact many American citizens, except maybe mentally /emotionally for the ones who care so much about an issue the involves so few from a practical standpoint.

But yeah, good decision.

Yeah, it's about as common sense of a decision as anyone could make.

The ruling was about Title IX, which applies to more than just sports

Agreed. Thanks.

The ruling simply says that states can prevent trans women from competing in women's or girls' sports, without violating Title IX or the Constitution's Equal Protection Clause. It does not address any other subjects like who can use which bathrooms. They would have to make another ruling on that. Title IX addresses women's sports only.
This does not go far enough. There needs to be a Federal ruling that includes a definitive ban on trans athletes for all states.

It appears Justice Jackson has attended medical school since taking the seat.

Why not use the word "must" instead of "can"?

Because the case deals with authority of the federal government under Title IX - not a statement on the biological impossibility of transgenderism.
