This was their plan. Get judges to rule against any administrative move. Then if POTUS goes against it rule him dictator and anti rule of law. Impeachment.

They gotta dance with the ugly broad they brought to the dance.

I wonder why that is

Trump literally is an anti-constitutionalist.
Please, in your infinite wisdom, tell us exactly how Trump has violated the constitution.

This should be good.

Because Trump has demonstrated a willingness to act, without considering whether his actions are legal?

I hate this already over worn refrain the Left has adopted.

Translation: Democratic Party power and control to create a Socialist future is at risk.

They need to understand that we're choosing to do it the easy way, before we have to do it the hard way; it might save millions of lives.

Schumer trying to save what political capital he has left.

Won’t work, they view him as an old white man.

Actually it does
Anyone who sees the world differently than you see it is “acting in bad faith.”

Still posting in this thread and STILL haven't refuted a damn thing I said earlier you commie apologist. Rogue judges are trying to usurp POTUS authority using flimsy legalese to try and justify their overreach.
Please explain how they are not.

Now on to this fallacy you are trying to defend.

How about you enlighten us as to how Trump has violated the law or the Constitution by exercising his Constitutionally authorized empowerment to oversee the Executive Branch of our government?

No condescension, no word salad, no duck and dodge, just tell us all how he is violating the law.
Betcha can't do it.
