So to clarify, customs and border protection should be more worried about what the citizen is doing than with what the non-citizen is doing.

He doesn't get it. They aren't forging Vaccine cards to just dupe the system. Forcing residents to have a vaccine passport is a lockdown, and mayors are the gate keepers.
The system has tried to mandate a procedure that some are advised against by their own medical doctors for one reason or another.
I saw on the internet these people were like "Oh my gosh spending $400 on a fake paper when the Vaccine is free. How stupid can you be?"
Those calling others stupid don't see the bigger picture. They don't want the vaccine.
Anyone care to guess what demographic is the least likely to be vaccinated? How is this not effectively a social credit system, by saying: "If you just get this card you can live as an American again?"
Where are the antiracist clownshows on this?
If the black population is the least likely to get vaccinated then doesn't this effectively cut them off from public access to necessities?
