Declare all of them illegitimate. That is what Trump should do. They are the byproduct of a treasonous administration and a treasonous Congress and a treasonous Democratic party.

Didn't Biden just veto a bipartisan bill creating 66 new new judicial positions too??
Yes he did, and it was truly bi-partisan (not a bill where romney is the lone republican and they call it bi partisan).
The timeline of the appointments was staggered so it would not fall under one administration. Its not as if Trump could appoint all of them and that was the reason for the veto.
There is a huge backlog of cases now, it makes sense.
Course if they passed tort law and stop using NGOs, funded by the govt, to sue the govt, to get through policies that they know they cant get through congress........well those two actions would reduce the court cases tremendously.

Given the state of Biden’s mental faculties, can these appointments be declared null and void?
If he was out grandfather, we would have taken his keys long ago.

The lifetime appointments that fill them(District Courts / Circuit Courts) rely on budgets provided to them by the OOC which can be zeroed out to zilch by OMB - ran by a Trump appointee.
Trump’s administration is not going to defund the federal courts

Making lifetime appointments to the federal judiciary was their job. Sometimes the absolute dumbest shite is posted.

I want to know how the R's voted.
The current senate division is 47 Dems, 49 R's, 4 I's. Kamala is MIA physically (has always been intellectually)
They couldn't do 235 in 3 weeks without assistance from approximately 4 R's.

LIFETIME appointments should be against the constitution....in any capacity.

So what is the point of having them around?
To have control of the senate. A rino is the best we are going to do in Maine. Alaskas ranked choice BS protects Murkowski.
