If he committed a crime, then why must they wait until after he vacates the office in order to face charges?
This when he stated that the message was being sent that the "rich and powerful live by a different set of rules than the average american".
Sounds to me that the different set of rules apply to politicians, not the rich, judging by in his words a chargeable crime being committed yet not charging the individual until they leave office...

Impeachment is a political tool, it’s not a criminal prosecution.
