These attacks are coordinated. They also killed an old woman (80 something years old) today in France. Yesterday they beheaded someone in Italy. All of these heinous attacks are happening at the same time.

No, it wasn't. She was walking down the sidewalk minding her own business and the bastard ran up behind her and stabbed her in the neck out of the blue. It was a crime of opportunity and you could tell because as the girl ran away he didn't chase her. He turned around and faced anyone else that might be coming with his arms held wide open as if to challenge anyone else that might want some.

Since facts are hard to come by, here's what I've found so far.
The attack was in a high Pakistani populated area. The victim has long dark hair, which may or may not indicate her background.
The man on the street, in cuffs, and shirtless, doesn't necessarily appear Middle Eastern and certainly NOT African. Doesn't mean it makes him 'white', but on appearance, he does look European-ish.
Short hair, stubble (no beard) wearing dark gear and mask, like some of the protesting patriots.

It's video of the attack itself. It's grainy and taken from a distance, so there's no gore involved. You can tell that the attacker isn't white, but you really can't see any of the victim's features. I'd assume she's white (which is almost certainly the reason for the attack), but no guarantees based on the low quality video + her wearing a hoodie and sweatpants.
