That’s not what the graph shows. It shows that 2% of the people scoring over 750 were black. All things being equal, blacks should be 13% of that cohort and 13% of every other cohort shown by that graph.

first of all, the graph makes it quite clear that 2% of those scoring over 750 were black. That's what i wrote, and you just repeated me...in no way did i imply anything otherwise relative to the info presented in the graph.

secondly, this is not the point.
my point was the left are guilty of the bigotry of low expectations and expect there to be no blacks that can score that high because the test is 'racist'. well 0% is not 2%, so obviously the left is incorrect as usual no matter how low the quantity.

Culture is the result of IQ, not the other way around. This is the biggest lie being pushed about this subject. If a group of people are low IQ, they will tend to be more primitive and violent.
As terrible and wrong as slavery was (still is), it wouldn't have happened as it did had Africa been more developed as a civilization over the course of its history. The Europeans landed to find a primitive people, then exploited said people.
Africa was primitive and poor thousands of years before American slavery.
Again, culture is the result of IQ, not the other way around.

Do all people take the SAT? No. And population differences will throw even more mud into the water that the graph is pointing out.

And THIS is EXACTLY why a lot of left leaning colleges want to get rid of the SAT in admissions. It interferes with their desires to maintain racial quotas.
