San Francisco’s liberal policies have resulted in soaring crime rates and criminals armed with the knowledge that in all likelihood they will never be arrested, let alone prosecuted. Citizens have had to come up with ways to defend their property.

“Imagine having to clean out your car and leaving it open in public, just so people won’t break your windows. Oakland we looking sad man” said one witness. “We’ve heard of cars being left unlocked, windows rolled down, but now some people are leaving their trunks open too. It’s raising eyebrows as reports of car break-ins are on the rise in San Francisco and Oakland” reports abc 7.

quote:

The city has seen a 25 percent spike in auto burglaries, with the same happening in Oakland. Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf said “we have got to do more to get us through this holiday season.”

I foresee bums starting to sleep in the cargo areas of cars. If the owner is lucky, the bum will not shite in the car.

And of all places, San Fran residents should know ALL about leaving their trunks open!

Why aren’t people killing criminals for sport out there? It’s not like the fricking inept police/government will do a damn thing, call them San Francisco Safaris.

Because that's the one thing they will decide to enforce

Don't know, but I do know a recent escapee from downtown Seattle who said that leaving a box or a bag of any kind in passenger compartment of your vehicle for more than two hours had a 90% chance of a broken window.

If you used a towel or shirt to conceal something beneath it... 100% chance of a break-in.

I used to travel to Seattle once or twice a year. Had about a ten year break and went back a few years ago and it was unrecognizable. It used to be one of the cleaner metro areas in the US. Full of batshit leftists, yeah, but it wasn’t a bad place to visit. It’s a shithole now. If there’s a 5x5 chunk of grass anywhere there’s an “urban camper” on it, trash and shite everywhere. They were still trying to keep them out of the ultra-tourist areas like Pike St and the tower but I don’t know if they’re still even doing that.

Killing one of these degenerates would be the second worst thing you could ever do after being racist.

Oh it’s true. You can search for it and stories come up about it on local San Fran news sites.

Remember back in the 90s when there was the dot com boom? All the software engineers and Internet millionaires who made money seemingly effortlessly and were showing huge regret & shame over their unearned wealth?

California is pathetic. These clowns have lost all connection with reality and this is what you get. A culture which values nothing and is perpetually apologizing for things which aren’t their fault.

Yes. A guy from LinkedIn visited my company in Dallas a few years back and we took him to lunch in Deep Ellum. He was afraid to leave his stuff in the car. He said they take everything out and leave their cars unlocked so people don’t smash the windows to get in.

Not surprised it’s gone even further now.
