No, they have to stick a dildo in their rot pocket every few hours after surgery to stop it from healing shut. And there's frequently complications requiring further surgeries. This doesn't help effectiveness at all.

We have won the issue for now. However, mark my words, the Left will never stop fighting this issue. They want Troons in the US military and they want military hospitals to perform gender assignment surgery on military personnel and eligible civilians.
