Russia leaving Ukrainian territory would end it just as fast...

Because we're the reason the war lasted this long. Without our weapons and funding, that shite would've probably ended after a month.

Now adults are finally back in charge, and want to actually end the war.. opposed to stoking the flames and trying to evolve a regional war into a full blown world war, like the previous administration was doing.

So should we give several US states to Mexico following that reasoning?

Negotiation is not capitulation.

Obviously Putin is flipping Trump the middle finger based upon his assessment that Trump won’t show any resolve on anything.

Putin may be right.

Trump may be too weak to stand up to anyone.

seriously ? Do you not know what this war is about from the Russian perspective ?

Of course. They told us exactly what it is about. It is about CIA biolabs in Ukraine that need to be stopped before they genetically engineered bio weapons.

Doesn’t matter. When are you people going to realize that Putin doesn’t want peace. He wants to us the idea of peace talks to manipulate Trump. He and his people believe that they can talk Trump into abandoning Ukraine. That will enrage the Europeans and make the US-EU divide deeper.

We want that because we don't want a world war over Ukraine.

Depends on who “we” is…Biden’s neocon crew had “us” lobbing tactical cruise missiles into Russia, blowing up a gas line, sanctioning Russia to death, etc.

Hope the “we” in place now, care more about US in America than “them” in WEF.

Those people are the enemies of freedom. I would never include them in a group of people that includes me.

It’s so easy to spot the boomers on the board that think Russia is the bogeyman.

The same generation of folks that get taken to the cleaners by Indian scammers claiming to be from the US govt…

Maybe don’t trust your judgment.

What is worse? A generation that doesn’t recognize that Twitter and most of social media is a propaganda tool for the enemies of the US or a bunch of old people who only believe Fox News and once voted for Ronald Reagan.

Speaking the language doesn’t give Russia the right to exercise control. Otherwise the USA would have to go back to being a British colony. And parts of the American southeast would belong to Mexico… or Spain, however you want to divide it.

If you look at a map of Russia prior to ww 1 when the communists had not even come to power and the tsar was still the man Russia was one big country and Ukraine wasn’t on the map .
Those people in Ukraine speaking Russian , want Ukraine to leave them alone and let them live and not be discriminated against . Instead Ukraine treats them horribly . Russia has watched this for a long time . If there was a vote those people would vote to go back to Russia
This is nothing like the United States going back to Britain . We fought and won our independence . As far as those Mexican or Spanish speaking people wanting to be part of Mexico or Spain or wherever else . Why do they keep coming here to willfully belong to the United States ? They come here to belong to this country
Russian people aren’t leaving Russia to go be Ukrainian

If the cia and Victoria Nuland don’t orchestrate the overthrow of the pro Russian government in Ukraine in 2014 this war never starts .

Omg , do you really think Putin woke up one day and said “ today I am invading Ukraine because I want to take over the world “ ?
He doesn’t want Ukraine because to occupy it would be nightmarish. They hate each other . What he wants is a buffer between his country and the enemy . And he views us as the enemy because we have lied to him about pretty much everything since the collapse of the Soviet Union. A buffer so that he doesn’t have missiles on his border pointed at him .
Sort of like how we wouldn’t allow missiles to be placed by China on the Mexican side of the rio grande or Russian missiles in Cuba as far back as 1962
His country has a history of being invaded . Napoleon and Hitler were the last two to try it . And they were both stopped by the Russian winter not by the Russian army . The United States doesn’t really understand this thinking because to invade us would be terribly difficult . We have oceans on our east and west and allies to the north and south .
