Also weird because James Clapper testified before Congress that the Russians didn’t change the outcome of the election too. It’s time for the media to face the fact that James Clapper is a liar. He can’t be trusted to give a straight answer on anything.

Oh, well - that settles it, then. If The Clap has personally concluded the Russians decided the outcome, then Trump needs to be impeached immediately, and Hillary installed as President.

This is tough for me to say definitively, but I have been watching James Clapper for many years with great interest. I was an intelligence professional a lifetime ago, myself.
However, it is my frank assessment that there has never been a more full-of-shite person in a high level of responsibility in all of human history than James Clapper, period. Full stop.
