Yes could be something could be nothing is definitely the right answer to even seeing this text. Who has the focus to read that shot and figure out what the hell it is saying. Is there a summary?

Summary? There’s always a summary.

5. Conclusions
Our study is the first in vitro study on the effect of COVID-19 mRNA vaccine BNT162b2 on human liver cell line. We present evidence on fast entry of BNT162b2 into the cells and subsequent intracellular reverse transcription of BNT162b2 mRNA into DNA.

Is there a summary for the summary?

This board needs to be nuked

Seems to say the vaccine works in pregnant ladies fetuses and does so quickly.

I'd love to see the website/facebook post/tweet that the OP pulled this from. My guess is that this is the "evidence" that the vaccine gives you AIDS

This is an admission that they don’t know the long term adverse effects of the covid vaccines.
They’re trying to engineer vaccine distribution in test tubes to see if they can study the effects better on cells instead of live people. A little late if you ask me.

In the assessment report on BNT162b2 provided to EMA by Pfizer, the pharmacokinetic distribution studies in rats demonstrated that a relatively large proportion (up to 18%) of the total dose distributes to the liver [26].

It is worth investigating if the liver cells also present the vaccine-derived SARS-CoV-2 spike protein, which could potentially make the liver cells targets for previously primed spike protein reactive cytotoxic T cells. There has been case reports on individuals who developed autoimmune hepatitis [39] after BNT162b2 vaccination. To obtain better understanding of the potential effects of BNT162b2 on liver function, in vivo models are desired for future studies.
quote:
Our study shows that BNT162b2 can be reverse transcribed to DNA in liver cell line Huh7, and this may give rise to the concern if BNT162b2-derived DNA may be integrated into the host genome and affect the integrity of genomic DNA, which may potentially mediate genotoxic side effects. At this stage, we do not know if DNA reverse transcribed from BNT162b2 is integrated into the cell genome. Further studies are needed to demonstrate the effect of BNT162b2 on genomic integrity, including whole genome sequencing of cells exposed to BNT162b2, as well as tissues from human subjects who received BNT162b2 vaccination.

Ain't nothing wrong with the vax, every jab is 100% effective.

According to the statement, by December 15, there were 249 cases of autoimmune hepatitis reported for COVID-19 vaccines, with about 65.5 percent cases from females. The most affected age group was 45 to 64 years.

I'll tell that to my three anti Vaxer dead customers

There is no evidence that the vaccine will cause an autoimmune-like syndrome in the same way the disease does. So the vaccine is a far better option than the actual COVID-19 infection.
I hear from nonmedical friends some of the old wives’ tales going around: “The vaccine will change your own DNA,” and “The vaccine will infect your brain and cause memory problems” – totally wrong. These ideas have no basis in scientific fact.

You’re way behind the science. Catch up.

Someone explain this to me like I'm five. This reads as if they are altering the genetic code of cells in the liver possibly.

That’s the suggestion. More studies needed. Get your boosters.

Video Breakdown
This guy says it's a high level overview, but I found it very heady. I'm a software guy, not a biology/chemistry guy. Any of the resident scientist care to break it down further for us?
