I mean it is pretty obvious the strategy here, the DOJ is trying to financially and emotionally bleed out everyone in Trump's Sphere
multiple cases in multiple fronts at the State and Federal level in both Civil and Criminal Courts with unlimited DOJ resources is pretty effective
the FBI taking evidence, analyzing it, returning it and then the Fed Judge saying her discovery orders were violated because RudyG didnt preserve and provide the evidence is diabolical

A defendant's refusal to answer written discovery has to REALLY piss-off a judge in order to lead to entry of judgment against him. Sounds like Rudy was refusing to produce ANYTHING.
