Okay now Im reeaall confused. So Russia is facing casualties by the 1000's each day......but somehow brought in an entire administration to orchestrate the kidnapping, care, and transport of Ukranian children.

You cant talk about "Russia getting its arse kicked" and then talk about their 900,000 troops in the country and a whole administrative army kidnapping the entire youth of Ukraine.

Nope. Genocide is committed by destroying the ideas and people of a certain group.

It's really not difficult to understand. Russia has administrative/political control of >10% of Ukrainian territory, a country of 40 million people and control there is currently maintained by the occupying Russian military. There are also Ukrainian civilian collaborators running local government in the occupied territories as well as Russian civil administrators who have been brought in from Russia as well.

Russia is experiencing lots of casualties at the same time because they're on the offensive using very high-casualty tactics. They're trying to add to their territorial gains without the weapons and combined-arms tactics to do so without what amounts to human wave attacks.
