That was the single greatest debate moment in US history. There are some that are in a close second-place, but the takedown of Rosie was legendary and will stand as long as we still have recorded history. I remember both the wife and I almost falling out of our chairs laughing, and that's saying something because I don't laugh much.
You could even see Megyn trying to act like she was offended but wanting to laugh herself, when the gravity of what had just transpired fully fell upon her shoulders. That was when she was "Never-Trump" before he eventually won her over, and then she flipped and became Never-Trump again.
Enjoy this while we still can. There will never be another Trump.

Yep. Basement Campaigning and town hall formats with cherry-picked "moderators" are the new "debates". It's tragic.
Trump (Barron, probably) had some incredible foresight to get into the long-form podcast circuit for PR. But most of these podcasters have gone to the dark side now. I think Spencer Pratt is absolutely trailblazing a new "how to campaign" ideology out in SoCal, so maybe that's the future.
But we'll not be returning to actual, civilized discourse in Presidential Debates, because the Establishment has figured out that liberals have no real platform and that their straw-man arguments completely collapse even under the slightest scrutiny. Easier to run a smear campaign, keep the negative emotions alive, and answer a few predetermined softball questions.
