Only pretext I’ve heard is Kavanaugh’s comments which are against legal action against a sitting president.
Dems have flipped the frick out over it and basically claim Kavanaugh’s appointment is Trump trying to use a “get out of jail free” card.

Rosenstein should politely be told to go swim in an ocean of dicks.
This fricking guy needs to be put in check and hard.
He thinks he runs Washington because Sessions and Trump can’t take a run at him without causing a shite storm.

True, to some degree; and Rosenstein is all in to cya. But Trump can play the sympathy/persecution card to His Base and meet what will be a formidable Leftist get-out at the Polls.
Once those Midterms are over...it's longknives out for Rosenstein and the whole Cabal. I assume another IG Report will hit before the Mids. Gonna be a helluva ride into the Fall.

What he said was "congress might want to consider passing a law stating you can't sue or criminally investigate a sitting president".
He said this 9 years ago.
The left flipping out over that is only because they think everyone acts like them and appoints judges that ignore laws. It's a whole lotta nothingburger.

This is some first rate bullshite. I'm about tired of the way these things are playing out. All of it seems to pivot on Sessions too. Who the hell does Rosenstein think he is? He is totally over reaching. I can't hardly ever remember anything the past Deputy Atty Gens did and I suppose that's with good reason because most of them stay hidden. Then the whole Mickey Mouse Mueller investigation. Then where is the prosecution of these fricks avoiding Congressional subpoenas? They better put some damn teeth to those subpoenas soon or they will be permanently worthless. I mean shite! Nobody is paying the price and the inmates are running the asylum and not one damn word from AG Sessions! Geez it is way past time to change him out and put someone with some balls in.
