I continue to think DeSantis is mostly wasted on the Court. He's a manager. He fixes broken things.

Nah. Ted Cruz or someone like that would be a better use of talents IMO.
I'm not against DeSantis getting on the Court, I just think it's not a great match of abilities. I don't need DeSantis to write things, I need him to do things.

Hell no. DeSantis' talent is building coalitions and getting isht done legislatively. Putting him on the court would be a waste.

Do not support because I want him as POTUS someday. Even if he's got to take the VP spot or a cabinet role for Vance / Rubio first. Desantis gets shite done and would be wasted on the court.
Cruz would be a better pick for the court. He's a good conservative constitutionalist and he's not going any further in elected office than where he currently is with the senate.

No one announced retirement. But constitutional scholars like Mike Lee are best.
