Ron DeSantis handled COVID better than every other Governor in the US, but now he sucks?

He may be a little swampy, but he was the shining beacon of rationality during COVID.

List the states that sent cops to the border to dissuade travelers from entering the state?
List the governors that had to backtrack on not closing restaurants, beaches, parks, etc and had to do so because they led the country in Covid cases

Gov D was very well received on the board for a long time but within these past few weeks he’s become worse than Jeb!, McCain or Romney.
It’s going to be a long next year and a half.
The board has taken on a life of its own now with the GOB vs Gov D factions. There’s no stopping it and it’ll just have to play itself out.
I think myself and maybe an increasingly small handful of others would still vote for GOB or Gov D.
My personal distaste remains directed primarily towards the Joetato puppet regime.
It’s going to be a long next year and a half.

Well millions are being pumped into a pro DJT media footprint.
I saw awhile back the full on msm assault on Ron. It was recorded here. And all the arrows they shot missed the target. Lots of threads about it back then.
So now the money shifts to DJT in a few ways to make sure he defeats Ron for the nomination. They think right or wrong they beat him once they will beat him again in the general.
Interesting times.

When South Dakota had the second highest infection rate per capita in the country, Noem still said "we're not locking down like DeSantis is locking his state down"
