Watched it last evening.

I did not get the sense the main character was necessarily a “good guy”.

He was however, a character that through his own many flaws still recognized and was disgusted by a “system” that had willfully chosen to turn its back on the very citizens it’s supposed to represent.

He also would say “I’m doing this for you….until you learn to do it for yourself.”

Not the best movie ever made ….but the main topic it’s built upon is one that carries extreme pertinence and is very much real throughout western nations.

Thank God it is still up. This is the type of programming people need if they want to completely understand what can happen if it is allowed. It cuts both ways and people are sick and tired of only hearing about the good. People need to be reminded, from time to time, just how bad it can be.

The fact that a government in Germany, whose failed policy is now apparent, banned this movie should provide one with plenty of motivation to want to see it.

I don’t know how anyone could miss it, but I was specifically referencing the comment of the OP being turned on. I mean, like what the frick?

Yes, the brutally honest scene from the movie that needs to be viewed by pretty much everyone. I’m sick and tired of our political leaders and those in media force-feeding the public this garbage about diversity & inclusion. And how immigrants make us all better. They don't. Not as a blanket statement.

The Syrian Civil War is over. Those frickers need to go home.

I bought this film on Amazon Prime before they banned it. New classic.

Is it free to watch on any other platform?

I was purposely trying to be over the top to offend libs, no violence doesn’t ’turn me on’ it repulses me, but it becomes necessary when evil starts doing its thing against people just trying to raise their family. Rest assured, I was being facetious.

Pretty sure we're on the same page here, but there's the mod issue, which sometimes baffles me as to what gets zapped here sometimes and what doesn't. Then there was the potential for confusion with the rape / violence aspect of the clip and it being portrayed as 'romantic'.

Not so much offended myself as I am wanting folks to wake the hell up. Yes, the scene with the 'asylum seekers' is harsh, but no less so than what is seen with every John Wick movie.

Plus, none of this would even be a discussion if governments would just do their damn job.

I finished watching it 10 minutes ago and came to see what people were saying about it so maybe it got banned in the last 10 minutes or so.

+1

How is this ANY different from the scene where Benicio Del Toro executes the the drug lord's family in Sicario? Wasn't that movie celebrated?

I mean EVERYONE in the Muslim's apartment is demonstrably evil or at least compromised. I'd love to know the name of the film. (ETA-Lol in title)

I think it depends on which part he was turned on by.

The rape scene? What the frick sicko.

The elimination of the problems? Nothing sexier than a man working hard at the top of his craft.

Speaking of, that scene with the prostitute was there just to show boobs. It offered nothing to the plot. It was like a 1980s fever dream.

From a pure cinematic perspective it’s a pretty crappy movie.

I love that it was made and I hope it inspires European natives to go on the offensive, but it’s no Braveheart or Saving Private Ryan.
