Run by one of the great degenerate Tribe homosexuals in the industry, Jann Wenner.

Clapton has been based for years. I’m sure part of the criticism about him, said or unsaid, deals with a particular rant he went on at a concert about the UK importing the third world as a replacement population.

Clapton can climb back in the top ten if he dumps that pretty white wife and shacks up with a black transgender amputee.

Top 5 if heshe is fully boosted.

RS is a fricking farce and always has been. This was the magazine that told their readers to ignore Led Zeppelin , that they were a mediocre band, and instead that they should be listening to Country Joe and the Fish because it was “important music”, i.e., Marxist.

False. Rolling Stone was a great read for many years.

Just because Jann Wenner became what he became later in life, it does not mean that the magazine wasn't an important cultural touchstone.

If anyone here can say that the magazine that gave Hunter S. Thompson, Matt Taibbi, and the greatest political writer of the last 50 years, P.J. O'Rourke, their microphones, then I don't even know how to respond. Other than, you are dumb.

eta: I am completely indifferent to Led Zepplin. Always have been. No idea who Country Joe and the Fish are though.

The Rolling Stone magazine is a bullshite rag and has been for a long time, but I don't think Clapton ever belonged in the top ten to begin with. He's good, but he's not that damn good.

Their top guitarist list was DEI. Way too many women and black blues players from 70 years ago.

It was as a big a joke as that vocalist list posted last week that had rappers in it.
