I don't know if it's not allowed for some reason, but if the lesser charge is added and I'm the defense, that takes up about half my closing statement. I'd ridicule the frick out of the defense for having to last minute rig the system to try and save face, and that what they've done is tantamount to admitting that Kyle should have never been charged with anything.

I believe the photos on page 1 are part of the ones that were added to the evidence. My understanding was the guy on the stand yesterday took the drone footage and created a blown-up photo that supposedly shows Rittenhouse pointing his gun at Ziminsky. But how you could say that is somebody pointing a gun or that it is Rittenhouse, I don't know. Seems pretty flimsy to be added to evidence. The other photos I believe were of the cars at the car lot where Rosenbaum was shot.

Literally the only evidence is the grainy photo that you can't tell anything. Even then if he was holding the gun he was holding it with his left hand which makes absolutely no sense.

I just edited my post, but that is the thing, the prosecution wasn't even allowed to say what it was supposed to be I don't think. I guess it will just be something the jury can look at during deliberations and make assumptions about. I don't understand how that is allowed into evidence.
