That phot is such bullshite. there were a bunch of folks that could have possibly testified to whether Rittenhouse ever pointed a gun at Ziminsky, including Ziminsky himself. Not a single witness testified to such, but the jury is supposed to conclude that Rittenhouse provoked the whole thing by virtue of that fricked up picture?
Plus, even if the gun momentarily pointed at Ziminsky, what cause did that give to the Rosenbaum to chase and attack Kyle?

Havent been able to follow to close. The picture is a zoomed in picture that the prosecution is saying shows KR provoked pedo?

Yup. Who exactly is testifying the photo? The guy testified as to editing/enhancing the photo but how is it being put into evidence?

Exactly. Bc the state is claiming that KR clearly can be seen raising his weapon , which is false.
