I found one on Twitter that’s supposedly him, but all you see is his hands.

I suppose legal team is trying to figure out if an actual crime was committed. If I had to guess, it was a Rosa Parks type of thing to get media attention, in a sick way.

Does GA have private property exclusion? In TX private property owner can post an appropriate sign prohibiting concealed and/or open carry on their premises. I think it's an arrestable offense in TX.

Not automatically. If the police are called, they show up and give the perp a chance to leave. If he does, nothing will happen.
