PH was 84 years ago. The U.S. homeland has not been attacked since then.
Before sign of up, why not go back and look at all of the conflicts that the U.S. military has been called up to fight in.
There is NOT ONE that involves the U.S. homeland post PH.
And with that knowledge, people still sign up.

That’s because we are a giant and countries learned after the atom bombs they would be obliterated if they fricked with us. You wouldn’t go to a bar and pick on the heavy weight MMA fighter, would you? Our position of strength does not mean that we need to intervene in wars that are not ours to fight. We have lost nearly every war since WW2 because they have done nothing to help Americans well being and prosperity. That’s the issue here, these wars are not benefitting Americans.

The military takes an oath but so do our elected officials. When the military takes an oath they are doing so under the assumption that our elected officials will not deceive and hide the true reasons they are sending our sons/daughters/fathers/mothers off to die on a foreign soil. The Iraq war and everything we know about it after the fact should be a wake up call to everyone and skepticism over this conflict in Iran is not unwarranted. Our government, Israel, the CIA, Mossad - they have lost credibility. Those that question the motives shouldnt be shamed.
